Corporate
Housing Reservationist
Individual will book reservations for our corporate customers'
short term furnished housing needs for local and nationwide
searches. This position will have responsibility for sourcing
apartment communities, negotiating rents/deposits, setting up
provider relationships with housewares, housekeeping, carpet
cleaning companies and establish new accounts and terminate
services of utility services such as electricity, cable and
phones. The Reservationist will serve as the main point of contact
for corporate accounts assigned. Ideal candidate has Property
Management/Management/
Leasing onsite experience with Class A properties or has human
resource experience in corporate relocation/recruiting. Requires
a proactive work ethic, exceptional phone and customer service
skills, proficient software skills in powerpoint, represent
company at various trade shows and is available for weekend
or after hours assignments. Previous Corporate Housing or Corporate
Relocation experience a plus!
Account Executive
Requires an individual that is high energy, a self starter, disciplined,
proactive and wants to make $ by securing new business for the company!
Individual will service existing accounts, manage and develop new
business throughout Texas and Nationwide. Requirements include Bachelors
degree, professional communication, presentation and demeanor and
has had some experience in sales and marketing of Human Resource services
or Class A Apartments. Real Estate license and industry experience
a plus!
Housekeeper Supervisor / San Antonio, Texas Office
Housekeeping Supervisor to manage our warehouse/laundry facility located
in north central San Antonio. Will be responsible for recruiting and
hiring additional housekeepers while ensuring the highest quality
and cleanliness of our corporate units in San Antonio. Housekeeping
Supervisory experience a must, Hospitality or Corporate Housing experience
a plus!
Real Estate Agents
Licensed agents or an individual that is sitting for licensing exam.
Individual will be responsible for knowing the new home construction
market inner loop and in suburbs. Will service the corporate relocation
business leads Nino will provide including rental assistance of apartments,
town homes, condominiums and single family homes as a Buyer Representative.
Will be responsible for marketing and generating business in addition
to servicing Nino's corporate relocation business. Must have professional
appearance, communication skills and exceptional customer service
skills to meet and exceed the expectations of our corporate clients.
Great attitude, team player and energetic personality a must! Driving
record must also be impeccable. |
